    We’re keen advocates of the importance of work-life balance. Everyone at ProMedical is encouraged to take breaks, holidays and to prioritise their mental health through healthy practices. The service we offer our clients is 06:00 – 22:00, 365 days per year, and this is complimented with our out-of-hours service. That allows our own people to work core hours of 08:30 – 17:30. We do not encourage evening or weekend working. Our approach is to fir people to leave work at 17:30 and enjoy precious family time.

    Our office environment is a haven of relaxation and fun. We believe that your lunchtime is yours and that proper downtime in the middle of the day allows you to get back to work in the afternoon refreshed and productive. Our office pool table continues to be popular and a source of many friendly tournaments!
